ADHD Mini Retreats
You’ve got a lot of “potential.” Sometimes, folks talk about how you’re so amazing or impressive… but it doesn’t feel that way on the inside.
On the inside, you’re numb, overwhelmed, and discouraged (but also somehow very tense at the same time). There’s a cold, nauseous knot in your chest.
Or, you might feel like a sponge that’s absorbing everyone else’s stress and priorities.
That’s the reality for so many entrepreneurs and high-stress professionals, especially when they’ve got ADHD.
Therapy and coaching help. I know because I do it every day.
But sometimes, I hear, “I need results like yesterday” or “I know ADHD support could change my life… but I just can’t commit to an hour of that every week.”
I’ve been working with ADHD folks for the past fifteen years. I’ve had clients from the halls of Congress to NASA, Deloitte, and just about every random profession.
I’ve walked folks through my ADHD Harmony process, and I’m creating a new option for clients to get condensed support!
Why ADHD Mini Retreats?

Over the course of a day or a half day, we deep dive into the feelings of numbness and overwhelm, and why it feels like you can’t get your brain to work. We figure out what’s turning your brain off so that we can build ways to help you shine.
We’ll focus on one core area of frustration and discover where the discomfort comes from, how it is impacting the rest of your life, and make a plan about how to build resilience and capacity moving forward. This focus will be determined by our prescreening call, but it could be a deeper understanding of how your ADHD brain works, tools to prioritize your week, or strategies to keep calm in the midst of chaos.
These mini retreats are for you if:
You’re emotionally ready to do deep work even if you’re short on time.
You’re feeling discouraged and overwhelmed.
You’re looking for more clarity and resilience.
The mini retreat includes:
-journaling prompts to get a “before” snapshot
-a 30 minute consultation call to get clear and make a plan for our retreat
-3 or 6 hour in person mini retreat in Northeast, Washington, DC where we’ll walk through what is causing you to feel overwhelmed and make an ADHD friendly plan to move forward
-a 30 minute follow up call at the end of the month to further solidify your progress
-food and beverages
-various supplies as needed, depending on your goals. This may include art supplies, my ADHD planner, or a journal. All you will need to bring is yourself!
Price: $1,500 for a half day, $3,000 for a full day
As a therapist and ADHD coach, my schedule is pretty full, but I know that this is something that is needed… and, I can’t find it anywhere else. That being said, I can only do one or two of these a month on a first come, first serve basis.
If you’re interested, you can book a consultation call here and we can see if it’s the right fit for you!

Sample full day schedule (every retreat is based around you and what works best for your brain. I design the schedule based on YOU!)
9-11 A delicious breakfast, at the retreat house, to ground ourselves, dive into the day, enjoy some coffee, and get excited about the growth to come. We’ll talk about nervous system regulation strategies and practice them in a relaxed context.
11-12:30 Weather permitting, we’ll stroll through the gorgeous gardens at the Franciscan Monastery as we talk about your goals and what’s blocking you from moving forward.
12:30-1:30 Back at the retreat house, we’ll eat lunch and participate in a powerful writing practice.
1:30-3 We’ll jump into creating a plan for you based on what works with your brain. We collaborate and build this plan together, and brainstorm ways that you can implement it for yourself.
These ADHD mini retreats are not for everyone.
If you’re in danger of hurting yourself or others, this isn’t the right space for support.
This is not a substitute for intensive outpatient or inpatient psychiatric care.
Make it stand out.

Dream it.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
