I’m Rebecca Tolbert, LICSW

A licensed therapist, ADHD coach, and someone who knows firsthand what it's like to have a brain that works differently. I started my practice with one goal: to help women find real traction in their lives. Not just coping strategies to white-knuckle through the week, but actual tools, clarity, and momentum.

I specialize in working with women who struggle with focus, organization, motivation, and emotional regulation. You may have an ADHD diagnosis, or you may just know that your brain has never quite worked the way everyone else's seems to. Either way, you're welcome here.

Many therapists and coaches don't specialize in ADHD, and even fewer understand how it shows up specifically in women.

My background in clinical social work, combined with years of research and my own lived experience with ADHD, means I bring both the clinical expertise and the personal understanding to this work. You're not going to have to explain yourself from scratch. I already get it.
