Last Updated: February 2026
By checking the box at checkout, you confirm you have read and agree to the following terms in full.
Parties
These terms apply to all coaching services offered by Conscious Strides PLLC, including individual sessions, group programs, and any other offerings purchased through this site. Specific details about your program — including duration, format, and price — are described at the point of purchase.
What You're Purchasing
Conscious Strides PLLC offers a range of ADHD coaching services, including single sessions, group coaching programs, and other educational offerings. The specific service you're purchasing — including its format, duration, and price — is described on the sales or checkout page where you found this link.
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been offered and selected at checkout. If you're on a payment plan, you're authorizing recurring charges on the schedule shown at the time of enrollment. If a payment fails, you agree to resolve it within 5 business days. Continued non-payment may result in a pause or loss of access to your program.
Purchasing any service from Conscious Strides PLLC indicates your agreement to these terms in full.
Cancellations & Refunds
Life happens — I get it. Here's how I handle it:
For single sessions, cancellations with 48+ hours notice are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. For multi-session programs and payment plans, all sales are final after 48 hours of enrollment. Missed sessions within a program are not eligible for refund or makeup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Coaching vs. Therapy
This is important, so please read it carefully.
The ADHD Life Audit is a coaching service, not therapy or mental health treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address any medical or psychological condition. Even though I hold licensure as an LICSW, I am not acting as your therapist in this context.
Coaching works best alongside — not instead of — any mental health care you're already receiving. If you're in therapy, great. If you're not and you think you might need it, I'm happy to talk about that too.
What You're Responsible For
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
You are choosing to participate voluntarily and understand the scope of what coaching is and isn't. Your outcomes depend on your own engagement and follow-through — I can offer clarity, tools, and support, but I can't do the work for you. You will not hold Conscious Strides PLLC responsible for choices or actions you take as a result of our session. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conscious Strides PLLC and Rebecca Tolbert from any loss or liability related to this session or your coaching relationship.
Confidentiality
Everything you share in our session stays between us, with the following exceptions where I am legally or ethically required to act:
If you express intent to harm yourself or others
If you threaten serious harm to another person
If there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child under 18
If there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect of an elderly person
If I have a legal or ethical obligation to disclose information to authorities
It's also worth knowing: the coaching relationship is not covered by doctor-patient privilege or any other legal confidentiality protection. I will always act in good faith, and you agree to hold Conscious Strides PLLC harmless for any disclosure made under the circumstances above.
Your Materials & My Content
Notes, frameworks, or materials I share with you are for your personal use only. Please don't reproduce or share them without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious Strides PLLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for this session. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing Terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where Conscious Strides PLLC is registered. If a dispute arises, we agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal action.
