LEARN TO thrive WITH ADult adHD

Our group coaching community can help you overcome your overwhelm.

“Before working with Rebecca, I thought my bad habits were the source of my life. I thought I needed to be more disciplined, professional, productive and diligent. I couldn’t figure out why a 9-5 wasn’t working for me and why I was miserable, feeling like everyone else “got it” and I didn’t.

Working with Rebecca changed my life! She literally spoke to parts of me was ashamed to admit I struggled with and coached me through ways to create new skills for change. She helped me work on my reaction sensitivity and helped me see myself and give myself grace because my brain is different! I’m so grateful, and I owe her so much! My business would have legitimately failed had it not been for her!”

Navigating life with ADHD can be EXHAUSTING

When you don’t have the support you need, you…

Don’t Feel Connected

You constantly get frustrated with yourself. Your life feels like you’re wearing someone else’s clothes, and they don’t fit. At all.

Lose your Confidence

You look at the discrepancy between where you could be and where you are, and you feel angry, depressed, and burned out.

Drown in Inconsistency

You know you need structure and routine to flourish, but you can’t get a system to stick.

This leads to feelings of panic as you beat yourself up for misplacing your laptop and being late to your first call, yet again. It provokes anxiety as you overanalyze every area of your life, trying to optimize everything, and somehow still feeling lazy.

It leaves you feeling alone.

But, you don’t have to live like this.

The Harmony Collective helps ADHD folks build internal and external harmony by teaching strategies, finding rhythms, and building community without shame or the expectation to be someone you aren’t.

Community

Finding your way in a world that wasn’t built for you is so isolating. We tell ourselves so many stories that further isolate us, like “no one else deals with this” or “if anyone knew I forgot to take a shower, they would stop being my friend.”

When you’re connected to other ADHD folks, you realize you aren’t alone. Nothing chases shame away like someone who says, “Hey! Me too!”

The Harmony Collective connects on an exclusive platform called Mighty Networks. We don’t meet in a Facebook group because that’s a time trap!

This community provides daily accountability, connection, and insight.

Curriculum

The more you know about your brain, the better you can relate to yourself. You can start to see the bigger picture with your idiosyncrasies and quirks, and you can give yourself grace. Plus, it’s way easier to strategize when you actually know what’s going on!

We present research in an approachable and practical way, allowing you to not only learn but also apply that knowledge in a truly helpful way. You will learn strategies you can use right away and implement in your daily life.

Coaching

Group coaching is, simply put, incredible. Other people ask the questions you’re afraid to ask. You receive insight you didn’t even know you needed. You get to help other people feel seen and understood as you experience the same for yourself.

We start our weeks with a quick, 20 minute mindset call on Monday mornings at 9am EST. We have a longer call on Fridays at 10am EST with ADHD education and plenty of time to ask all of your questions. We leave calls with clarity, next steps, and encouragement.

We can’t wait to hear from you!
