I’m Rebecca!

I'm here to help you stop careening your way through life and start driving towards what works for you. I do this as a coach, a therapist, an author, and an inexhaustible source of pep talks (just ask my toddler).

I've spent years learning better tools to manage my own ADHD, so I'm not guiding you from the outside—we are in this together. Think of me as the buddy who's been there, and happens to have a graduate degree and a lot of feelings about willpower and worthiness.

    Navigating ADHD without a plan is expensive—in time, energy, and the mental load of not knowing what's actually going to help. I sit down with you, look at your actual life, and tell you exactly what's going on and what to do about it.

    The Harmony Collective

    You don’t have to do this alone. Three months of community, curriculum, and coaching for ADHD women. Your work performance will expand, relationships will grow, and most importantly, shame can’t survive this connection and information.

    One-Day Retreats

    Sometimes you don't have time for gradual progress. You need one customized, focused day to get out of your regular environment, do the work, and renew your mind. Half-day and full-day options available in Washington, DC.
