Some things can't be solved in a 50-minute session.

Sometimes you don't need more weeks of gradual progress. You need to actually set aside the time, get out of your regular environment, and do the work in one focused, intentional day. No interruptions. No context-switching. Just you, your brain, and a plan for moving forward.

That's what a Harmony Experiment Retreat is.

Who this is for?

You're capable and you know it. But right now you're running on fumes. You feel the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and you're tired of feeling stuck in it. You don't need someone to tell you to try harder. You need someone to help you figure out what's actually getting in the way, and build a plan that works with your brain instead of against it.

This is for you if you're emotionally ready to do some real, focused work but can't commit to months of weekly sessions. If you want results that actually move the needle, and you want them now.

Here’s how this works…

Every retreat is built around you.

Before we meet, we'll get on a 30-minute consultation call to get clear on what's going on, what you're hoping to get out of our time together, and what focus area will make the biggest difference. From there, I design the day around your brain, your goals, and what's going to work best for you.

On the day of the retreat, we meet at a private retreat space in Washington, DC. We'll spend our time together getting to the root of what's making things feel hard, working through the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and building an ADHD-friendly plan for moving forward. We move at your pace. We take breaks when you need them. We work in whatever way actually works for your brain.

A few weeks after the retreat, we’ll reconnect for a 30-minute follow-up call to see how things are going, troubleshoot anything that's come up, and make sure the momentum is sticking.

The focus area for your retreat will depend on what comes up in our consultation call and be fully customized for you, but past retreats have centered on things like understanding how your ADHD brain works, building tools to prioritize and plan your week, and developing strategies for staying calm when everything feels like chaos.

The day’s schedule

Every retreat is different because every person is different. But here's a rough shape of what a full day might look like:

Morning

We ease in over a good breakfast, get grounded, and start talking. We'll cover nervous system regulation and practice some strategies in a relaxed, low-pressure way before we dive into the deeper work.

Midday

Weather permitting, we take the conversation outside for a walk. Movement helps the ADHD brain think, and some of the best breakthroughs happen when you're not sitting still. We'll talk through your goals and what's been blocking you.

Afternoon

We come back together to build your plan. Not a generic productivity framework, but something we actually design together based on what we've uncovered throughout the day and what you know works for your brain.

A half-day retreat follows a similar shape, condensed into a focused morning or afternoon session.

Get immediate clarity & walk away with a plan.

Have some questions?

  • Nope. If what you've read here resonates with you, that's enough. We'll figure out the rest together on our consultation call.

  • Yes, and intentionally so. Unlike a standard coaching session, this is a live, private, fully focused day designed around you and your specific needs — in real time, in the same room, with no distractions. Retreats are hosted in Washington, DC, and a lot of past clients have loved treating the trip itself as part of the experience. A little travel, a change of scenery, and a day entirely dedicated to yourself? That's not a bad way to spend it.

  • Because of the nature of this work and how much preparation goes into each one, I only take one or two retreat clients per month on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're interested, reaching out sooner rather than later is a good idea.

  • It's not a therapy session, though I bring my full clinical background and fifteen years of experience working with ADHD clients into the room. Think of it as deeply personalized, intensive coaching. If you're currently in therapy, this can work really well alongside it.

  • Just yourself. I take care of everything else.

  • That's exactly what the consultation call is for. We'll figure it out together based on what you're working through and what you're hoping to get out of our time.

Harmony Experiment Retreats are not a substitute for intensive outpatient or inpatient psychiatric care. If you are in crisis or in danger of hurting yourself or others, please reach out to a crisis service or your treatment provider.
