You’ve been asking what to practically do for your (diagnosed OR suspected) ADHD—you already searched Google, asked Claude, and fell down a few Instagram holes. The problem here isn’t your effort—it’s that you’re pushing full throttle and spinning your wheels.
That’s why generic ADHD advice doesn’t fit.
You haven’t had someone study your life and tell you exactly what’s going on and where to get traction.
That's what the ADHD Audit is.
You’re ready for change. Like yesterday.
How it works
I’m going to ask you weird questions.
Not just about focus and productivity—but about the stuff you'd never think to connect to ADHD, like how long it takes you to fall asleep at night, when you eat protein during the day, or what you’re most curious and excited about right now.
Most people leave the interview with an exhale and a weight off their shoulders because someone finally looked at the whole picture.
From there, I put together your written brief—a personalized breakdown of what I found, what's actually getting in your way, and your next three big steps.
Then we meet, go over any questions you have, and make sure you’re clear on your next step.
All you need to do? Show up and answer honestly.
The ADHD Audit is great for clarity on its own. It's also an excellent supplement when your therapist or coach is wonderful but doesn't specialize in ADHD—you get the layer they can't provide without replacing the support you already have.
Let’s clear the noise and make a plan.
What's included:
A 1:1 interview with me
A personalized written brief with recommendations and resources
A follow-up session to walk through your plan together
Investment: $1,495

Have some questions?
-
Nope. The Audit is designed for folks who are diagnosed and/or strongly suspect ADHD. If your brain struggles with focus, organization, and consistency, this audit is going to be helpful.
-
The Audit isn't a clinical therapy session. It's a strategic assessment. Think of it less like processing and more like problem-solving. You'll leave with a concrete plan and specific next steps, not just a better understanding of your patterns. Trauma impacts the way your brain shows up—there’s no doubt about it. And this audit isn’t the best place to address it because that’s what therapy is for.
-
The interview is 90 minutes. The follow up is 30. I send you a written brief in between the two sessions.

Most ADHD advice is generic, built for a hypothetical average ADHD person, not for you. The Audit is entirely based on your specific life, your challenges, and what's actually getting in your way. The recommendations aren't pulled from a list. They're built around what I learn from you in the interview, my years of training and practice with countless clients, and my own experience as an ADHD person who has tried just about everything
