The ADHD Harmony Collective

Accept your brain; love your life.

The Harmony Collective is a group program with psychoeducation, community, and practical coaching to help ADHD adults thrive.

“Before working with Rebecca, I thought my bad habits were the source of my life. I thought I needed to be more disciplined, professional, productive and diligent. I couldn’t figure out why a 9-5 wasn’t working for me and why I was miserable, feeling like everyone else “got it” and I didn’t.

Working with Rebecca changed my life! She literally spoke to parts of me was ashamed to admit I struggled with and coached me through ways to create new skills for change. She helped me work on my reaction sensitivity and helped me see myself and give myself grace because my brain is different! I’m so grateful, and I owe her so much! My business would have legitimately failed had it not been for her!”

If you want to thrive with ADHD, you need rhythms, support, and knowledge.

Without them, you can feel like you’re driving a car that’s trapped in a snowbank. You’ve got no traction—you’re giving it everything you’ve got, the wheels are spinning, and you’re not going anywhere. You push and push, smoke is pouring out, things start to smell weird, and… you’re breaking down.

The internet is full of tips and hacks on managing ADHD, and some of them are super helpful! Others, not so much. But, it’s really hard to actually implement anything on your own

That’s why I’ve built The Harmony Collective. I work with ADHD folks because I’ve got it, too. And because I have ADHD, I understand the dread and overwhelm on a Monday morning when getting stuff done feels like too much. I’ve spent enough time beating myself up for who I am and how I function that I had to learn a different way.

After a ton of training and experience helping people with ADHD working as a therapist and a coach, I’ve created this group program. I LOVE this because I love seeing ADHD adult feel grounded, clear-headed, and confident.

I love hearing: “I’m starting to celebrate myself instead of get mad at myself, and it’s making a big difference.”

Questions

  • We’re launching our summer cohort on Jun 7, 2024 at 10:30am EST. I only have space for 10 people in this group.

  • We run through different skills in an annual cycle. You can stay for one cycle, or you’re welcome to hang out with us long as you’d like the support and community.

I don’t have any contracts forcing you to stick around or penalizing you for leaving.

Around three months in, you’re going to see improvement in your sleep, eating habits, and exercise routines. After six months, you’ll see growth in your relationships and joy. And after a year, you’re going to feel hopeful, confident, and ready to take on whatever life throws your way.

  • We have two Zoom calls a week and a WhatsApp chat. Participation in any of these is optional, but the more you participate, the more growth you experience.

Monday mornings from 9:30-10am EST is a quick weekly planning study hall. Clients love this support and feel like it helps them get on top of their weeks.

  • Nope! This program is not therapy and is not connected to health insurance. As such, there are no regulations around where you can be when you join us!

  • Ok, well, first of all, that’s a statement. Second, group coaching is amazing. You get the benefit of community, so you know you aren’t alone in this. You get insight from other people, and you hear answers to questions you wouldn’t have felt comfortable asking yourself.

  • What a great question! This is an investment in yourself, your work, and your relationships.

Between the missed promotions at work, disconnected relationships, and impulse spending, how much is it costing you to navigate your ADHD alone?

How much would you pay to stop feeling overwhelming dread every Sunday night?

What would it be worth to you to wake up every morning feeling refreshed and excited about the day ahead?

The Harmony Collective is $249/week, plus your genuine involvement.
