ADHD Untangled

A free workshop for ADHD adults

who are ready to be clear and settled.

Your ADHD brain isn’t the problem! But, your strategies might be.

Untangled is a free 60-minute workshop on why understanding your ADHD hasn’t been enough—and what actually will be.

If you’ve got ADHD and you’ve tried all the things, you know the tips aren’t working.

You’ve watched the TikToks, downloaded the apps, bought the planners, and maybe even made a gallant New Year’s resolution.

It hasn’t stopped you from lying in bed at midnight, mind moving a mile a minute, brainstorming an entirely new product line and/or replaying that side comment you accidentally whispered a little too loudly in the meeting last week…

and now it’s 1am, and you’re going to careen into Monday morning running on a cup of coffee and five hours of sleep, wondering why this is so hard for you when everyone else seems fine.

You know what you “should” be doing. You should go to bed earlier. Plan your week. Stop procrastinating.

But… knowing the “shoulds” doesn’t help.

This is why I built Untangled.

Too often we think about mental wellness and coaching as something that just happens in our brains.

But our brains are intrinsically bound with our bodies, and our bodies are wired to keep us safe. And they will do whatever they can to keep us safe—even if that means shutting you down right as you finally open up your email to respond about that proposal.

If your body thinks you’re in danger, it might even turn off your brain because your brain takes up so much energy.

Not ideal when you’ve got ADHD and already have a ton going on up in that brain of yours.

Stress is not the problem. Chronic stress is the problem. There’s a big difference!

I work with ADHD folks because I’ve got it, too. I burned out at my first job because I was so dysregulated and disconnected from myself. I needed someone to take my hand and teach me what was going on in my nervous system and how to care for myself.

(And give me literally any strategies for dealing with my brain.)

I’ve done a ton of research, coaching, training, and therapy of my own. I’ve found that actually works, and I’m going to teach you the basics.

What we’ll cover

In this 60 minute webinar, I’m going to teach you what I wish someone told me 10 years ago when I hated my brain. Basic principles that, when I learned them and started implementing them, they literally changed my life.

We’re going to do a practical exercise, and I’ll explain why it helps your brain. And I’m going to teach you the ADHD frameworks I use with all of my clients.

This is really good stuff, if I do say so myself.

What does it cost?

It’s free!

If you’re tired of the sinking Sunday night dread, and worn down from trying all the hacks, and if you’ve been wondering if something is fundamentally wrong with you—I’ve got good news!

I made this for you.

When is it?

What if I just think I have ADHD but I don’t have a diagnosis?

Come!

The strategies here are going to be helpful for anyone who is dealing with ADHD-like symptoms, even if they don’t have or wouldn’t qualify for a diagnosis.

What’s next?

After the workshop, I’m opening the next cohort of The Harmony Collective—my three-month group coaching program for ADHD folks who are ready to go deeper.

It launches February 23rd. It includes weekly Monday planning calls, biweekly group coaching sessions, a community that actually gets it, mini lessons on how your brain works, and ongoing support.

This workshop is going to be helpful whether or not you decide to join us (or even stay to listen to me talk about the group!) But if it sounds like something you’d love to be a part of, I’ll tell you more about the Harmony Collective at the end.

Tomorrow can be different than today. Let’s make it so, together.
